My Philosophy
At Back to Life Therapeutic Massage, I believe in the healing power of touch. My philosophy is centered around providing a safe and comfortable environment where my clients can restore and revive their body and minds through massage therapy.

I offer a wide range of massage services, including prenatal massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, fascia blasting and deep tissue/therapeutic massage. Each of my services is designed to address specific needs and provide therapeutic benefits.

About Me
I am a long time resident of Loudoun County and have raised my 3 daughters here with my husband. I have been a massage therapist now for 13 years. My hobbies include spending time with friends and family and line dancing and my favorite season is summer!!
I am a skilled massage therapists with a concentration on therapeutic massage and fascia blasting. I am committed to providing each client with personalized care and attention. I take the time to listen to your concerns and work with you to develop a customized session that meets your unique needs and I strive to meet your expectations.

Therapeutic/Relaxation combo massage $100-$140
Experience a harmonious blend of relaxation and therapeutic techniques designed to alleviate stress and tension. This massage focuses on deeper muscle work tailored to your needs, promoting overall well-being while ensuring a calming atmosphere.
Available in 60, 75 or 90 min sessions
Deep Tissue Massage $100-$140
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Fascia Blasting $105-$145
Using the Fascia Blaster by Ashley Black, my Fascia Blast 60 or 90 min service helps break up thickened fascia, reducing the appearance of cellulite and scar tissue.

Hot Stone Massage $100-$140
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Prenatal Massage $100-$120
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting moms. massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Available in 60 or 75 min sessions
Reflexology $45
This service addresses the reflexes in the foot or hand that correlates to the organs and nerves of the body. The use of aromatherapy is used during the service. Please note in the notes section when booking if you prefer no aromatherapy.

Available in a 30 min session
Red Light Therapy $30
Red Light with near-infrared light will promote relaxation of both the mind and muscles, effectively preparing your body for a massage. This 15-minute session not only reduces inflammation and enhances circulation but also alleviates muscle tension, offering a comprehensive wellness experience.
This is a $30 add on to a massage session
